MEET YOUR PEOPLE
Guidance On Every Step of the Way
Here For You
NAMI Sacramento will be offering both support groups and classes. These groups and classes are for people living with a brain health condition and for family members of those living with brain health issues. Our groups and classes are led by people with lived experience, either living with it or a family member. The groups are 90 minutes long and will be held weekly. The classes are two hours long, one evening per week for eight weeks.
